Contact
Everything below goes through the same form, which creates a tracked ticket you can follow up on. Including the specifics listed under each heading will get you a useful answer considerably faster.
What to include
Report a bug
Include the page URL, your browser and whether you were logged in. If it happened during a game, the game link from your history is the single most useful thing you can send.
Dispute a ranked time
Send the game link and what you believe is wrong with it. Every ranked game stores its board and move sequence, so disputed results can be replayed and checked directly rather than argued about.
Correct a guide
If something in a strategy guide is wrong, say which page and what the correct answer is. Corrections are made quickly and the change is reflected across every page that repeats the claim — pattern logic in particular is verified by exhaustive enumeration before publishing.
Account and moderation
Bans, appeals and account recovery all run through the form. Read the fair play policy first — it sets out the enforcement tiers and what an appeal needs to contain.
Press, partnerships and takedowns
State the nature of the enquiry in the first line. For takedown or copyright requests, identify the exact URL and the material in question.
Before you write
A large share of questions are already answered: the FAQ covers rules, scoring and modes, the help centre covers ranks, trophies, arena and equipment, and the rules page covers how the game itself works. You can also search the site directly.
Who you are writing to
Minesweeper.now is built and written by one person, Henrick. There is no support queue between you and whoever can actually fix the problem. More about how the platform works is on the about page.
