1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Minesweeper.now, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Website Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting violates the Website Rules.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play ranked games.
• Attempt to circumvent anti-cheat systems.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

4. Ranked Integrity

All ranked game results are subject to review. We reserve the right to invalidate results, adjust leaderboard positions, or remove users from rankings where fair play violations are found.

5. Virtual Currency and Premium

Coins and other virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Content

Any content you submit (feedback, profile data) grants us a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the platform for maintenance, security reasons, or at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items, ranking data, or other platform-specific assets resulting from technical issues or account actions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
